Wedding in June can be really hot. Have you thought about a wedding in the mountain with a gorgeous view in the back, cool breeze, and the beautiful sunset in the evening. Bill and Megan’s wedding was held at Olde Beau Resort & Golf Club located in Roaring Gap, NC. It was quite hilly as a golf course. Megan got to hit the ball, too, while we were taking pictures. Their wedding was small and intimate with close family and friends around them, and SO MUCH fun. All of us including me as a wedding photographer could not stop laughing with them. Bill and Megan are such a bubbly and joyful couple. Yes, Megan is effervescent as her mom said. I enjoyed capturing them celebrating their beautiful wedding with their loved ones.
Every time after I finish the wedding day and drive back home, I think about how I did, if there was anything I could have done better, or how I treated people at the wedding. And I realize that I always receive more than I deserve - the feelings of accomplishment, happiness, and success, lots of laughs and fun I could enjoy with them, and the sound and safe wedding day. God is gracious, and aways sends me the wonderful people that need help to photograph their special moments. Sometimes I physically get tired when I get home, however, I fall asleep with the biggest smile on my face, after all.
