First Ward Park - Charlotte NC engagement photography

Charlotte found me and reached out to me for their engagement photography a few month ago. We had to wait for the right time to take engagement photos because Joel had a very important exam. (and she said he wanted to lose weight a little bit.) - Love is patience!

It had been rainy for weeks and finally the weather was sunny and beautiful when we came out for the shoot on one Saturday. Oh how lucky I am! We had a great outdoor session at First Ward Park in Uptown Charlotte and spent some more time at their apartment. Before I met them, I assumed that they might be a shy couple. Nope, I was wrong. I didn't have to tell them anything. They were so romantic and the pictures turned out so beautiful and fun. (Of course, Moxie the cat was jealous!)   

From their engagement photoshoot, I was reminded of what love is - sacrifice meaning you take your time or spend money, and get out of your comfort zone and put the burden on your shoulds all for somebody you love. Love is patience. Love is good communication. And love is doing the same thing!! You should watch the video! I didn't mean to make her cry, but Charlotte did.
